We require 0-1 business days to process and dispatch your order and another 1-6 business days for delivery time.

How much shelf time can I expect to have on your products?

All of our products are marked with a best before date/expiry date. A
best before date/expiry date is about quality, not safety. When the date
has passed, it doesn't mean that the food will be harmful, but it might begin
to lose its flavor and texture. The majority of our products, especially
products like candy, gum, coffee, chocolates, etc. usually have a long best before
date/expiry date on them.

What if I do not get the items I ordered?

Although our team make sure that our customers get their order without fail on defined delivery time. In case it happened due to some unexpected circumstances, we will refund you the money of the items that you have not received or send those items again to you based on your confirmation.
